Radisson Royal Dubai is a skyscraper and hotel complex located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The 60 story building was completed in 2010, construction having started in 2005, and houses a Radisson hotel.

The modernist concrete building is located on 26 Sheikh Zayed Road.

The hotel contains 471 rooms, and is located within close proximity to Dubai International Airport, Dubai International

Financial Center, and Dubai World Trade Center.

The Cullinan is a residential complex located in Hong Kong's Union Square.

This prime waterfront residence has glass curtain walls and sweeping views of the Victoria Harbour.

The glass facade gives the twin towers a futuristic look, matching the design language used on the nearby

International Commerce Centre.

This complex was named after the 3,106 carat (621.2 g) Cullinan Diamond found in 1905; the largest diamond in the world.

During development under Sun Hung Kai Properties, the complex went by Kowloon Station Development Package 6

and Union Square Phase 6. Both towers of The Cullinan complex, called The Cullinan North Tower

and The Cullinan South Tower, are Hong Kong's tallest residential towers at 68 stories and 270 metres (886 feet).

They were completed in 2008 and 2009 respectively.

The Trump Ocean Club is a mixed-use waterfront condominium tower development in Panama City, Panama.

The project was developed by Colombian architects Arias - Serna - Saravia S.A.

The building is situated on a beachfront lot with views of the Pacific Ocean and Panama Bay, in the area of Punta Pacifica.

The building was developed by real estate tycoon Donald J.

Trump of the Trump Organization and Mr. Roger Khafif, President of the K Group, (a Panama resort developer).

The project includes 369 hotel condominium units, 700 condominium units, 1500 parking spaces, retail shops, casino,

use of a private beach club on Viveros Island, yacht club and pier, wellness spa, gym, pool deck, meeting and event spaces,

and a business center.

The hotel opened July 6, 2011.On September 21, 2011, it was indicated by Bloomberg.com that Fitch Ratings downgraded $220 million

in bonds that Newland International Properties, Corp. is using to finance construction of the Trump Ocean Club in Panama.

The downgrade to CCsf from B-sf, resulted from “continued uncertainty over the willingness and ability”

of buyers to take possession of apartment units, according to Fitch documents.

Sun International plans to open a 75,000-square-foot (7,000 m2) casino at the property with 600 slot machines and 32 table games

in mid-2014.

The company paid $45.5 million for the rights to the space, and will spend another $60 million to develop it.

Baiyoke Tower II is an 85-storey, 304 m (997 ft) skyscraper hotel at 222 Ratchaprarop Road in the Ratchathewi district

of Bangkok, Thailand.

It is the tallest building in the city, and comprises the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia and

the seventh-tallest all-hotel structure in the world.

With the antenna included, the building's height is 328.4 m (1,077 ft), and features a public observatory on the 77th floor,

a bar called "Roof Top Bar & Music Lounge" on the 83rd floor, a 360-degree revolving roof deck on the 84th floor

and the hotel offers 673 guest rooms.

Construction on the building ended in 1997, with the antenna being added two years later.

The Baiyoke Sky Hotel website notes the height without the antenna as 309 m (1,014 ft), but the Council on

Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), Emporis and SkyscraperPage note it as 304 m (997 ft).

MahaNakhon by Pace Development currently under construction will be 314 m (1,030 ft) tall measured as height without antenna,

replacing Baiyoke II as Thailand's tallest building when completed in 2015.

The Address Downtown Dubai, formerly The Address Downtown Burj Dubai, is a supertall hotel and residential skyscraper

in the Burj Dubai Development Area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.This hotel is near the Burj khalifa and dubai mall.

It was built by Emaar Properties Group.

The tower is the 19th tallest building in Dubai.

It is a tall structure within the massive development named Downtown Dubai, which includes the centerpiece supertall building,

the Burj Khalifa.

The tower was topped out in April 2008, and was the sixth tallest building in Dubai at the time.

The AED845 million tower was completed in September 2008.

The five-star hotel and residential compound features 196 rooms and 626 serviced apartments.

2015 fire

Around 21:00 GST on December 31, 2015, a fire broke out on the 20th floor of the building.

The floor where the fire is thought to have begun hosts residential suites.

Strong winds caused it to quickly spread throughout the building, which was evacuated around 21:45.

The nearby Dubai Mall was also evacuated as a precaution.

According to the Dubai Media Office, 14 people were slightly injured and one was moderately injured.

One person had a heart attack during the evacuation.

The Times of India reported that a photographer, who asked not to be named, was setting up to photograph the Dubai fireworks

when he became trapped on a balcony on the 48th floor of the hotel, 10 meters away from the blaze.

He sent text messages alerting the authorities to his emergency, and he tied a rope around himself to a nearby

window-cleaning platform and hung off a balcony before being rescued.

Jumeirah Emirates Hotel Tower, also known as Emirates Tower Two, is a 56-storey hotel in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The hotel includes 40 luxury suites and is operated by the Jumeirah International Group.

Connected with 54-floor Emirates Office Tower by a retail boulevard, the two towers form the Emirates Towers complex.

At a structural height of 309 m (1,014 ft), Emirates Towers Hotel is the smaller of the two sister towers.

It ranks as the 48th-tallest building in the world. It is the world's third-tallest all-hotel building.

Construction was completed on 15 April 2000.

The Rose Tower, also known as Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, is a hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It was the world's tallest hotel from 2009-2012.

The tower was originally to be 380 m (1,250 ft), but design modification reduced it to 333 m (1,093 ft).

Construction on the tower began in 2004 and was completed in 2007. On 24 October 2006, the building reached its full height

with the addition of the spire.

By total height with spire the hotel surpassed the nearby 321 m (1,053 ft) Burj Al Arab.

Although the building and its inner furnishings were in place in 2007, it did not open until December 23, 2009.

Rose Rayhaan Rotana is one of the first major hotel brands to open in Dubai as alcohol-free.

The hotel has two restaurants and a 24-hour coffee shop.

Bonyan International Investment Group is the developer and invested $180 million.

The building was officially completed with 482 rooms, suites and penthouses.

The Rose Tower officially opened on 23 December 2009 ground.

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Hotel is the world's 2nd tallest hotel, twin-tower skyscraper complex in Dubai,

United Arab Emirates.

The AED1.8 billion features a 1,608-room hotel run by Marriott International.

With the first tower open, the hotel comprises 14 food and beverage outlets, rooftop bars, a business center,

conference halls and meeting rooms, an extensive banquet hall, a 3,700 m2 (40,000 sq ft) spa and health club,

as well as retail outlets, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium.

The iconic 2B+G+82 storey twin towers which were completed in November 2012, dominate the surroundings and

The form is inspired by the date palm - a symbol deeply entrenched in the Arabian culture.

The towers are symmetrically placed on the 7-storey high podium to get the best views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and the sea.

The podium houses all the public areas, restaurants, banquet hall and the essential back of house areas.

The grand entrance lobby is 4 floors high and overlooks the Business Bay.

The 1000-capacity banquet hall has an independent access for smooth functioning.

The podium terrace has one of the largest spas in Dubai and is beautifully landscaped with gardens and swimming pool.

Architect Ashok Korgaonkar, founder and principal architect of Archgroup International Consultants designed

the J W Marriott Marquis.
